Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nina’s Oven, each product is freshly made to order. Hence, we follow these policies:

❌ Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled at least 6 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
  • Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

💵 Refunds:

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • Product is incorrect or damaged upon delivery
  • Cancellations made within the accepted window

No refunds will be processed for:

  • Missed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability
  • Change of mind or taste preference

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
